Why do we need change?
It is said, “everything old is new again;” this is certainly true in smaller cities and towns. More and more it’s the character of these places, their sense of place, that is valued. Why? Because it’s not like everywhere else! But cities and towns also need to facilitate different uses and users so full potential might be realized.
